Back for the third time at Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu and we extended our stay to 3 nights each time. the corner deluxe room with 180-degree city views was breathtaking, especially with floor-to-ceiling glass windows on two sides. the room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay for our group. the staff was friendly and attentive, making our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel has a swimming pool on the 7th floor for both adults and children, offering a relaxing oasis amidst the bustling city. the poolside event space was charming, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls overlooking the azure waters and blue skies, creating a picturesque setting for gatherings. Pusô Bistro & Bar provided a delightful dining experience with traditional Cebuano and Filipino specialties, along with international cuisine. the melt-in-your-mouth cheesecake was a standout, with a creamy cheesy center that was irresistibly good. the bar also served classic and special cocktails, perfectly paired with a wide selection of bar chows. While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there was a minor hiccup with cleanliness in the room. Despite the initial impression of thorough cleaning, we found food particles in the electric kettle, which was promptly addressed by the manager. Although the incident was regrettable, the staff's swift response and offers of compensation showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. In conclusion, Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu offers a pleasant stay with its modern amenities, convenient location near a mall, and attentive staff. the hotel's unique design elements and range of facilities cater to both leisure and business travelers. We look forward to returning and exploring more of what Cebu has to offer, perhaps with improved attention to room cleanliness.
